Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026. Covers morningmirrormedia.com and rootsandmirrors.com.
The short version. We collect very little, and we never sell it. No ad networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels from social platforms. If you give us your email, we use it for exactly what you signed up for and nothing else. Want out, or want your data gone? One email does it.
Who we are
Morning Mirror Media publishes the Roots & Mirrors devotional series. This policy covers both of our sites: morningmirrormedia.com and rootsandmirrors.com.

What we collect, and why
- Site analytics. Both sites use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It uses cookies and collects standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We use it only to understand what content is useful. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out tool.
- Newsletter (rootsandmirrors.com). If you subscribe, we store your email address with MailerLite, the service that sends our emails. It is used for the newsletter only. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and remember the conversation.
- Server logs. Our sites are served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (like IP addresses) to keep the sites fast and secure.
Purchases
Our books are sold through Amazon. We never see or store your payment information, shipping address, or order details. Purchases are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
- Share your email with other companies for their marketing.
- Run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking on our sites.
- Build profiles on readers.
Kids and teens
Our books are written for readers ages 10 to 17, but our sites are aimed at the adults who buy for them: parents, grandparents, and youth leaders. We do not offer accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email hello@morningmirrormedia.com at any time to unsubscribe, ask what information we have about you, or have it deleted. We will handle it promptly, and deletion requests are honored without argument.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change (for example, if we ever add member accounts), we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change goes live.
